Overview

Natuzzi began industrial furniture production in 1967, founded by Pasquale Natuzzi in Taranto, Italy, and grew into one of the world's best-known leather furniture exporters. The company splits its offering into two tiers: "Natuzzi Italia" (true Italian manufacture, top warranty tier) and "Natuzzi Editions" (Natuzzi-designed but manufactured at regional plants worldwide — Romania, China, North Carolina, Brazil — for faster delivery and lower cost). Both tiers market full-leather construction versus cheaper leather-match competitors.

Is it worth it?

Natuzzi is worth it for buyers who want genuinely all-leather Italian design (no vinyl substitution) and are comfortable buying through the authorized-dealer channel. Two things to go in knowing: the "Editions" tier is designed by Natuzzi but made outside Italy with a 10-year structure warranty (versus the lifetime warranty on the Italy-made Natuzzi Italia line), and independent owner reports flag real quality-control and service inconsistencies — so the name alone does not guarantee the build.
